- Managing a list of tracked characters
- Sending Direct Messages (DM) about new complaints and status changes
- Analysis and display of complaint statistics

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Forum Eye makes no warranties regarding:
- Accuracy of Information: We do not guarantee that information obtained from the forum and displayed by the bot is completely accurate, current, or comprehensive.
- Service Continuity: We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service.
- Meeting Expectations: We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
- Fitness for Purpose: We disclaim any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

- Not violate Discord's rules or the Ukraine GTA5 forum rules
